Salary £20 to £25K per annum, depending on experience
37 hours per week
Headway Cambridgeshire is looking for a highly motivated, adaptable professional to join our team providing specialist services to people with a brain injury. We provide excellent training and development opportunities within an energetic and creative organisation.
The Senior Rehabilitation Worker will be responsible for leading the delivery of a range of Headway Cambridgeshire’s services across Peterborough, Fenland and North Cambridgeshire. You will provide a range of services designed to aid recovery and rehabilitation and promote independence.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience of delivering services which promote enablement and personal growth. They will have a facilitative approach to all aspects of work, leading by example and developing both staff and clients to their full potential. A confident communicator with strong leadership skills, they will work collaboratively with all stakeholders to develop services to meet the needs of people with a brain injury. The role will also include key working, leading client reviews, report writing and some personal care.
This role would suit someone with a social care, rehabilitation, health, psychology or occupational therapy background.
This position is subject to an enhanced DBS clearance
