Community Connections is a great opportunity for people with brain injuries to receive free help in discovering their full potential.

The support is offered on a one-to-one basis and delivered by experts in brain injury.

The aim of the work is to examine goal setting, strategies to help with memory, fatigue, focus and flexible thinking with a view to establishing new directions.

Whether you are thinking about volunteering, returning to work, re-training or going back to education or simply need some guidance and support to help you make the next steps, this could be just what you need.
