Coronavirus Update

Coronavirus Update

23rd March, 2020

In order to prioritise the safety of our clients, carers, staff and volunteers we have now temporarily suspended delivery of all of our group programmes across the county. This includes:

  • The Chesterton Hub
  • The Outdoor Project
  • Grow Share Eat
  • The Workshop
  • The Green Backyard
  • Social and Support groups

We know that people with a brain injury and their families across Cambridgeshire need us now more than ever. We will be continuing to work with people over the coming weeks and months to help them stay as connected, active and well as possible, we will just be delivering this in some new and different ways.

We are currently working hard behind the scenes with staff, clients and carers to look at what everyone needs and developing creative solutions to providing this. We will keep everyone up to date with these plans.

Our phone line is open as normal so you can continue to contact us on 01223 576550 with any enquiries, and to access over the phone information, advice and support. You can also keep in touch with us on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.

We are here if you need us.

The Headway Cambridgeshire Team

I struggled with a lot of issues, especially how I felt my father’s personality had changed and Headway Cambridgeshire helped me a lot at that time in my life. They made me feel much less alone and I’ll always be grateful for that.
