Headway Cambridgeshire would like to invite anyone who has a brain injury or their family/carer to attend our 3 week fatigue management workshop.
Date: Tuesdays 5th, 12th and 19th May 2020
Time: 10.30am to 12.30pm
Venue: Peterborough Quaker Meeting House, 21 Thorpe Road, Peterborough, PE3 6AB
This workshop will provide information, advice and support around fatigue and is free to attend.
It will give you the opportunity to ask questions and learn about different strategies to help you manage more effectively. It will also enable you to meet other people who have had a brain injury.
Some of the areas we will be looking at are:
· Recognising the triggers
· Mood and Fatigue
· Conserving energy/ Pacing
· Sleep and Fatigue
· Exercise, Nutrition and Fatigue
