FOR PROFESSIONALS AND ORGANISATIONS
We run Understanding Brain Injury courses for professionals at venues across the county and we can also deliver bespoke ‘in house’ training directly to your organisation based on the experience and needs of both your staff and your client group.
Our training is delivered by experienced staff in an interactive session which encourages active participation and learning.

- Occupational therapists
- Physiotherapists
- Voluntary sector agencies
- Counsellors/psychotherapists
- Nurses
- Other professionals working with clients who are living with acquired brain injury including the police, ambulance or probationary services.
The course covers basic brain anatomy, causes of injuries, common physical, cognitive and psychological effects, the impact on the person and their family as well as practical support strategies.
