Our Services
Our services are designed to meet each person's individual needs, abilities and preferences. We focus on supporting clients, their families and carers to come to terms with the changed circumstances brought about by brain injury. We do this by helping people to cope with the economic, physical, psychological and social consequnces of a brain injury.
We endeavour to create environments where individuals can maximise their potential at the same time promoting equality, choice and independence according to the Social Model of Disability.
We provide the following services:
Specialist Day Services
We provide these across Cambridgeshire where people can meet others who have experienced similar problems. We strive to maintain a relaxed and friendly atmosphere, whilst at the same time introducing structure and learning opportunites to create an environment in which individuals are motivated to achieve goals and maximise their independence.
Hospital Support
Our Neuro Trauma Support Coordinator based at Addenbrookes Hospital offers support to patients and families from admission to leaving the hospital, and also at the Neuro Trauma Outpatient Clinic.
