Help Headway Cambridgeshire to Improve Life after Brain Injury

Headway Cambridgeshire relies on donations and fundraising to help fund the full range of services we offer to brain injury survivors and their families and carers.

As more people now survive accidents and live with brain injury, the need for our work is growing. At the same time, we continue to extend and improve the services we offer.

Your support in both time and money is as important to us as ever. Over the past twelve months you have helped us to:

  • Extend our day service provision to 3 locations
  • Provide a total of 5267 day service places
  • Support over 100 people at Addenbrooke's Hospital Neurotrauma Clinic
  • Advise and support 494 families & carers across Cambridgeshire
  • Offer training in understanding brain injury to 49 professionals
  • Provide work placement opportunities to 12 students aged 15-18
  • Accept 2 student social workers from UEA on 3-month work placements
  • Welcome 11 Cambridge University medical students for half-day observation visits

Your continued support will help us to maintain and extend the services we provide to individuals and professionals alike. Headway Cambridgeshire wish to thank all our fundraisers and their supporters. Your help and support means a lot to us and to the brain injury survivors, their families and carers that we provide services for. Thank You.
