Headway Cambridgeshire held a Spring Open Day at its hub in Fulbourn on Thursday 17 April from 10.00 am – 3.00 pm. Supporting people who have a brain injury, clients have been busy making Easter Bonnets, cakes and biscuits for visitors. Clients had also been busy growing plants for a sale along with nearly new baby clothes. Hi, I am Karen Bevan, the Fundraising Manager for Headway Cambridgeshire. Next month sees a really exciting new venture and challenge for us at Headway Cambridgeshire. We are about to launch ‘A Home for Headway’, a capital and revenue appeal to raise funds for a new home for Headway Cambridgeshire. Professor John Pickard, Director of the Wolfson Brain Imaging Centre at Addenbrooke's Hospital, has become the new Patron of Headway Cambridgeshire.
