27th February, 2018 - 13th March, 2018
Ends: 13th March, 2018
One of the affects of a brain injury is extreme fatigue. We are running a course to provide information, advice and support for people who are coping with this.
The three week course is designed to give people the opportunity to ask questions and learn about different strategies to manage tiredness more effectively. It will also provide the chance to meet other people with brain injuries.
Some of the areas covered by the workshop are: recognising the triggers, how mood and fatigue are linked, ways to conserve energy and pace yourself and tips and advice on sleep, exercise and nutrition.
Places are limited so please book early. The closing date is Tuesday 20th February.
Where: The Garden Room, Peterborough Quaker Meeting House, 21 Thorpe Road, Peterborough, PE3 6AB
When: Every Tuesday for three weeks, starting on Tuesday 27th February. 10.30 am to 1 pm.

“ As a brain injured person it can sometimes be hard to feel positive about your progress but the gym instructor at Headway Cambridgeshire pushes me in the right direction and helps me to feel more enthusiastic about what I am able to achieve and what I might achieve in the future. ”
